Delivery time is dependent on the shipping option of the clients choice. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed. Please be aware due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing high volume traffic and a massive delay in shipments.

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS: Eleven Nineteen is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. We ensure all orders are shipped to the address listed on the order & are tracked to ensure delivery to the address provided. If your package shows delivered you must contact your local USPS courier to locate your package.
